Wisson Hill booking Terms & Conditions

1. No naked flames are permitted, apart from the wood-burning stove (see 2), so no candles and no smoking.
2. Only dried hardwood is to be used in the wood-burning stove.
3. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Owners are expected to quickly resolve any issues, such as nuisance caused by barking, and are liable for any damage caused or extra cleaning required.
4. Every effort is made to keep information provided on the website up-to date but please check at booking if any point is particularly important to you.
5. A confirmed booking represents a contract under English law.
6. The person making the booking must be over 18 years old and takes responsibility for this contract.
7. When you book to stay at Wisson Hill you agree to indemnify the owner against all loss or damage, including but not limited to excessive cleaning, removal of items, or damage by a dog or person. Repairs to old buildings can require specialist craftsmen and the owner will recover such costs from you if necessary.
8. If you have any problems during your stay, please contact the owner as soon as possible.
9. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are based on a sliding scale relating to the time the booking is due to start. We will try to re-let the property if you cancel.
10. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, as much notice as possible will be given and a full refund, but we have no liability beyond this.
11. It is not expected that the owner will need access during your stay but, if this does happen, you will be given notice.
12. Liability to you is limited to direct loss up to the amount paid at booking.
13. Your booking may be terminated if conditions are not met in full.
